Automated Test Bench for Production Line

To support the production of a new generation of smart home automation devices, a leading electronics manufacturer engaged Cocktails Solutions to design an automated testing solution ensuring the quality and traceability of every unit coming off the production line.

The challenge: deliver a comprehensive test bench capable of performing high-voltage dielectric tests, verifying the overall functionality of each device, and logging detailed traceability data.

We delivered an automated test bench, featuring:

• An interactive touchscreen interface guiding the operator through each certification step
• Detection of test errors, with clear and intuitive result display
• Automatic transmission of test data to a web-based traceability service
• Two-way communication with each unit, checking connectivity and response
• Printing of custom labels, including a unique identifier for every device

This solution enabled our client to enhance product quality and accelerate production thanks to a reliable, ergonomic, and fully integrated testing process.
